Numerous employees at Alliant warehouses around the country express their feelings,
and some of their concerns, as management prepares to roll out an ambitious transformation
of the company. Management also has their say in explaining why changes are needed, what part
the internet will play, and underscoring their faith in the future.
PURPOSE
One Alliant was designed as an internal piece to heighten awareness of Alliant's
move to a more centralized organization, and to introduce a new approach to securing large
improvements in quality and productivity while gaining significant market share. Alliantlink.com
reflects the anticipated seamlessness of the switch, at least in part, to a web-based sales and
marketing approach. With thirty-five separate divisions and 12,000 employees, this campaign
communicated the urgency and benefit of creating the new One Alliant.
