This three-part hour-long series highlights key aspects of Total Quality
Management at Florida Power & Light, and underscores the successful transformation of the entire organization. The first segment provides an overview of the change in corporate culture. The second segment covers Policy Deployment. The third involves team-building and grassroots efforts to improve quality in daily work (QIDW).
PURPOSE
Produced for internal use by FPL and as a training tool for Qualtec, FPL's
consulting subsidiary. Britannica Training & Development, partners in the project, currently distribute the film to the business community.
